- Unopened Products: Must be in original sealed packaging (no broken seals).
- Opened Products: Face masks with broken seals CANNOT be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale/Clearance items (marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Promotion”).
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: We will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving your return.
- Approval: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time depends on your bank).
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds deduct original shipping fees.
